Chive Buttered Egg Noodle
These noodles are so easy and delicious! The chives add just the right touch of flavor and bright green color.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package directions, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Toss the noodles with the reserved water, butter and chives, and season with salt and pepper.

- One package (12-ounces) egg noodles
- Three tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- Three tablespoons minced chives
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
